How we help families own a home
We make it easier than ever for families to qualify for, acquire, and move in to their new home using our EasyHomes program.

Home Selection
Prospective families will select a property using our EasyHomes property portal. Homes are bought and sold often, keeping the property list fresh with homes for them to choose from.

Application & Payment
They fill out, notarize and send us their application and down payment. We require five years of rental history, employment verification, and a minimum income of four times the monthly payment.

Move-In & Remodeling
Once approved, they move in and begin fixing up the home to improve their quality of life and increase their equity in the home they'll eventually own.

Payment Plan & Deed
Buyers are placed on a payment plan via a Land Contract with an average monthly payment of $700. Once fully paid, the deed to the home is transferred to them.

Our unique approach to wealth building
Equity & Help was founded in 2014 because our Founder, Ivan Anz, wanted to help investors grow their capital while making a difference in the world. Ivan noticed a trend in the United States following the financial collapse of 2009. Foreclosures in the country were soaring and the number of families without homes rapidly accelerated. Ivan wanted to find a solution to this problem and, with the help of a group of veteran real estate investors, he was able to.
