The first part of the funding process involves a Philanthroinvestor expressing preliminary intent to fund HappyHomes™ through the Agreement of Funding (AOF). The AOF is not a binding contract but requires a fully refundable $1,000 deposit placed in trust with Equity and Help Inc.
